Employment law is peoples’ law, at least, that is how I look at this interesting and also fast moving part of legislation.
Interested in what makes people tick, it is not a strange thing that I love working in this area of law. My approach is preventing employment disputes by arranging good and solid contracts and employee handbooks and deliver guidance to employers and employees during the more rough times.
If a termination of employment seems inevitable, I always try to find a solution that suits both parties, not loosing sight of course, the fact that I am working as an attorney for only one of the involved parties. Litigation as a last resort, but if necessary, I am your attorney in court as well. I also work as an advisor for Works councils and as an advisor during collective redundancies.
Experienced as an employment lawyer already for several years, I can be of assistance for the following matters (in and out of court)
- Employment contracts
- Employee benefit manual
- Individual dismissal
- Collective redundancies/reorganization
- Participation rights including advice for works councils
- Incapacity to work
- Collective Bargaining Agreements
- Transfer of undertaking
